Ordering food

How do I place an order?+
Browse restaurants, pick your dishes, and check out in under a minute — no account needed. Prefer chatting? Many shops also take orders straight on WhatsApp: tap the WhatsApp button on the shop's page and the menu comes to you.
How do I pay?+
You pay the shop directly — cash on pickup or delivery, or however the shop normally accepts payment. Online card payments are coming soon.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link you get after ordering, or visit My Orders with your order code and phone number. You'll see it move from received → preparing → ready.
Do you deliver?+
Each cook shop sets its own options. Most offer pickup (great for skipping the lunch line); many also deliver with their own riders and set their own delivery fee and minimum.
Are the prices final?+
Yes — menu prices already include GCT. What you see is what you pay, plus the shop’s delivery fee if you choose delivery.

What does it cost to join?+
Early adopters get their first 3 months free — limited to 250 spots, offer ends August 31, 2026. After that, simple paid plans. Claim a spot →
What do I need to get started?+
A WhatsApp number and your menu. That’s it. Dish photos help you sell more — you can upload them right from your dashboard.
How do orders reach me?+
Orders land in your kitchen dashboard in real time, and WhatsApp orders are taken by your own automated assistant that knows your menu — so you stop losing orders to missed calls.
Do you take a cut of my sales or hold my money?+
No. Customers pay you directly, exactly as they do today. We handle order-taking and customer service, not your payments.
Can I change my menu during the day?+
Yes — 86 a dish with one toggle, schedule breakfast/lunch/dinner menus that switch automatically, and your WhatsApp menu stays in step.
