Prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice. All prices are displayed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise indicated.

5.3 Payment

You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including food costs, delivery fees, and applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

5.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Refunds are processed according to the specific vendor's policy and our platform guidelines.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Individual vendors are responsible for:

• Food quality and safety
• Accurate menu descriptions and pricing
• Order preparation and timing
• Compliance with food safety regulations

I ❤️ Cook Food is a platform provider and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by vendors.

7. WhatsApp Integration

By using our WhatsApp ordering feature, you consent to receive messages related to your orders, including confirmations, updates, and promotional content. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by I ❤️ Cook Food or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I ❤️ COOK FOOD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
